Eterra Attachments Shipping Policy

At Forest Equipment Co., we are an authorized dealer for Eterra Attachments. Because Eterra products are manufactured and shipped directly from the manufacturer, shipping times may vary based on production schedules, order volume, and freight carrier availability.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days after payment is received.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipment tracking information when available.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • Eterra Attachments products are shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories may require a custom freight quote.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping for Eterra products.

Product Availability & Lead Times

Because inventory levels and production schedules can change, all lead times are estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Lead times represent the estimated time required for order processing, production (if applicable), preparation, and release for shipment. Lead times do not include freight transit time.

Products Typically In Stock

Products that are generally stocked typically ship within 3-4 business days.

Inventory availability is subject to change without notice. Availability at the time of purchase cannot be guaranteed until the order has been confirmed by the manufacturer.

Products with Variable Availability, Built-to-Order or Limited Stock Products

  • Products that may require fabrication can take up to 3 weeks before shipment.
  • Products that are manufactured or assembled based on demand generally require 4-5 weeks before shipment.

Actual lead times may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, component availability, and current order volume.

Freight Shipping

Many Eterra products are oversized and ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

For freight shipments:

  • A valid phone number is required at checkout.
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Someone may be required to be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
  • Additional charges may apply for limited-access locations, residential delivery, liftgate service, re-delivery, or storage fees.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown on our website represent:

  • Order processing time
  • Manufacturing or assembly lead times
  • Preparation for shipment

Delivery estimates do not include:

  • Freight transit time
  • Delivery appointment scheduling
  • Weather-related delays
  • Freight carrier disruptions
  • Labor shortages
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Order Status & Lead Time Verification

Product availability and production schedules may change without notice.

If you require a product by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can verify the latest production and shipping schedule with Eterra Attachments.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to provide accurate lead times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Material shortages
  • Supplier production constraints
  • Freight carrier capacity limitations
  • Severe weather events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Forest Equipment Co. is not responsible for delays once an order has been released to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Take photographs of the packaging and product.
  3. Notify Forest Equipment Co. within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report freight damage promptly may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders for stocked items may be canceled before shipment.

Orders that have entered production, are custom-built, or have already shipped may be subject to cancellation fees, restocking fees, freight charges, or may not be eligible for cancellation.

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.
