Forax Equipment LTD Warranty Policy

Forax Equipment Ltd. provides the original purchaser a limited parts warranty on all new product purchases. This covers the product from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one (1) year or 1500 operating hours from the date of purchase.
Forax Equipment Ltd will repair or replace, at our discretion, parts found to be defective due to materials and workmanship.
Warranty is subject to the following limitations and exclusions:
- Parts not fabricated by Forax Equipment Ltd. – any parts not fabricated by Forax Equipment Ltd. used in production of the products may have a warranty from the part manufacturer. Any warranty claims against these parts is the responsibility of the specific manufacturer accordingly and is not the responsibility of Forax Equipment Ltd.
- Limitations – the Forax Limited Warranty applies only to products which have been properly installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the Forax Operation, Maintenance & Parts Manual received from Forax Equipment Ltd. The warranty does not apply to any product of that has been subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or installation, shipping damage or normal wear of the product.
- Wear Parts – mulcher teeth, blades and any other parts deemed normal wear parts will not be covered by warranty. Claims for defective Wear parts will be at the discretion of Forax Equipment Ltd.

Exclusions – excluded from this warranty are damages or failures resulting from the lack of regular maintenance and adjustments as specified in the Forax Operation, Maintenance & Parts Manual.
Claims under this warranty must be approved by Forax Equipment Ltd. prior to the
commencement of any repairs or shipments. Any charges or fees incurred prior to obtaining approval from Forax Equipment Ltd. will be the responsibility of the customer.
Serial number is required for any warranty claim communications.
